The importance of daily exercise





 We  all have different reasons to why we engage in physical activity, mostly because we want to look good or other people inspire and motivate us with their physical appearance.Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Staying healthy physically can help you stay healthy emotionally too. If you eating the right food and keeping fit, your body will be strong and help you to cope with stress and also fight illness. Eating well and exercising often when you're teenager will also help you stay in good health later in life.
